This Refund Policy explains how AJ FOTO GALLERY handles cancellations, damaged products, defective items, custom order issues, replacements, and refund timelines.

1. No Return and No Refund Policy

Most AJ FOTO GALLERY products are personalized, printed, framed, edited, designed, or prepared specifically for each customer. For this reason, we follow a no return and no refund policy for custom, personalized, printed, framed, approved, completed, or service-based orders.

A return, replacement, or refund will be considered only when AJ FOTO GALLERY verifies a damaged product, defective product, wrong item, duplicate payment, or another issue that must be resolved under applicable law.

2. Cancellation Before Production

  • Orders may be cancelled before design approval, material preparation, printing, framing, or production begins.

  • If payment has already been made and cancellation is accepted before production, the eligible amount will be refunded after deducting any payment gateway charges, design work, material booking, or service cost already incurred.

  • Urgent, same-day, event, and confirmed custom orders may move into production quickly, so cancellation may not be possible after confirmation.

3. Custom and Personalized Products

No return and no refund is available for personalized products after customer confirmation, design approval, printing, framing, editing, production, dispatch, pickup, or delivery. This includes change of mind, incorrect customer-provided text, incorrect date, wrong image selection, low-quality uploaded image, or customer-approved design error.

  • Photo frames with selected images or custom sizes.

  • Printed mugs, pillows, albums, canvases, keychains, and gift products.

  • Products carrying customer names, dates, messages, logos, or photographs.

  • Photography, videography, editing, design, or other service work already performed.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order because of an error by AJ FOTO GALLERY, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We may request photos, videos, order details, packaging images, and the original item for inspection. Requests without timely proof may be treated as not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

  • Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund depending on the product and issue.

  • Minor color variation, cropping differences, natural material variation, handmade finishing differences, and print output affected by customer-provided image quality are not treated as defects.

  • Damage reported after the 48-hour review period may be refused if the issue cannot be verified.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we will coordinate with the delivery partner and update the customer.

  • Refunds or replacements for delivery issues are subject to verification by AJ FOTO GALLERY and the logistics provider.

  • Orders returned because of incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges.

6. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

  • Refund processing may take 7 to 10 business days after approval, depending on payment provider and bank timelines.

  • Cash, UPI, or studio payments may be refunded through a mutually confirmed method after verification.

  • Shipping, rush fees, design fees, service charges, payment gateway charges, and completed work charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
