1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, uploading content, making payment, or using our studio services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Products and Services

AJ FOTO GALLERY provides photo printing, personalized gifts, frames, mugs, albums, event photography, videography, and related studio services. Product images, colors, sizes, finishes, and previews are shown for guidance and may vary slightly because of screen settings, material availability, printing process, lighting, and handmade finishing.

3. Customer Content and Approval

• Customers must provide clear, lawful, and usable images, text, names, dates, logos, or design instructions for custom work.

• Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all submitted content.

• Low-resolution, cropped, blurry, dark, compressed, or incorrectly sized images may affect final print quality.

• Where proofs or previews are shared, production may begin after customer approval through the website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or studio confirmation.

• After approval or production start, changes may not be possible or may require additional charges.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

• Prices, offers, product availability, and delivery charges may change without prior notice.

• An order is confirmed only after required details and payment, advance, or studio confirmation are received.

• Once a custom, personalized, printed, framed, or service order is approved or moved into production, no cancellation, no return, and no refund will be available except where AJ FOTO GALLERY confirms a valid defect, damage, wrong item, duplicate payment, or legal requirement.

• Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Payment success on the website may still be subject to verification.

• We may cancel or hold orders in case of payment failure, suspected fraud, stock issues, incorrect pricing, incomplete information, or content concerns.

5. Production, Pickup, and Delivery

• Production timelines depend on product type, image approval, workload, material availability, and delivery location.

• Urgent passport photo and same-day requests are subject to studio availability and direct confirmation.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information. Delays caused by incorrect details, customer unavailability, courier issues, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control are not our responsibility.

• Pickup orders should be collected within the communicated period. Storage beyond a reasonable time may not be guaranteed.

6. User Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account login details and for all activity under their account. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or incorrect account activity.

7. Prohibited Use

• Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, explicit, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or harmful.

• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, scrape data, upload malicious files, or use the service for fraudulent activity.

• We may refuse, cancel, or remove orders and accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The AJ FOTO GALLERY name, website content, product photography, designs, layout, text, graphics, and service materials belong to AJ FOTO GALLERY or its licensors. Customers may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use them without permission.

Customer-submitted content remains the customer's responsibility. By submitting content, the customer grants AJ FOTO GALLERY permission to use it only as needed to produce, deliver, support, and document the requested order or service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJ FOTO GALLERY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Our responsibility for any confirmed issue is limited to repair, replacement, store credit, refund, or the amount paid for the affected product or service, as determined under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
